**Job Summary**

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Shop Lead improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB), and improves the efficiency and increase asset utilization within the MB. This person reduces the cost of service delivery (CoSD) for the MB. Also, The Shop Lead is responsible for ensuring equipment packages are prepared and ready for the job at the assigned location. The Equipment Readiness Lead coordinates equipment-related base tasks and prepares and closes phases of the Product and Service Delivery (PSD) process and the job preparation tasks of the Asset Maintenance process. This person communicates equipment configuration requests and additional maintenance to the Technology Lifecycle Management Maintenance Manager and participates in equipment failure reproduction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Schedule the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team for maintenance execution.
- Improve asset availability by reducing the asset turnaround time: reduce assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts and repair authorization numbers, down for failure and work-in-process.
- Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure implementation of the TLM maintenance program and compliance with the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work adherence.
- Monitor compliance with Division TLM standards.
- Lead a continuous improvement culture within the MB. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required.
- Implement reliability improvement practices.
- Encourage reliability improvement feedback from the MB TLM team.
- Be responsible for developing the competency of MB employees; track progress.
- Ensure technicians utilize TLM business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used, and time spent on work orders.
- Manage equipment demand orders (EDOs) and ensure that equipment configuration matches EDO.
- Verify and prepare equipment at the Product Line location.
- Arrange third-party inspections.
- Prepare equipment for mobilization.
- Complete the Job Equipment Conformance Assessment section of JRI.
- Support equipment incident investigations, including failure reproduction at the Product Line location.
- Prepare hand-off and hand-back packages for PSD.
- Receive and schedule equipment basic maintenance, such as FIT, TRIM, SLS1.
- Prepare and manage critical spares in accordance with the equipment demand order.

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- Technical Degree (Preference for Electrical or Mechanical Background)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance activities related to Completions tools
- Nice to have experience in Intelligent Completions and Liner Hanger tools

**Soft Skills**
- Intermediate level of English, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical reports and documents
- Ability to work in projects focused on deliverables
- Strong problem solving and inter-personal skills, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues and clients
