Come make history with us and be part of the GWM We are looking for a Operation and Maintenance Technology Analyst to join our team.

Based in our São Paulo Head Office, this professional will be responsible for for implementing infrastructure projects, providing technical guidance and terminal desktop troubleshooting, managing and organizing outsourcing resources to ensure the normal functioning of each department.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisted in promoting the work of the department according to the department work breakdown plan, and ensured the realization of the planned objectives;
- Receive and record desktop terminal faults of IT equipment, and quickly deal with user repair reports;
- Implement preventive maintenance plan or typical problem improvement plan to improve the efficiency of incident handling;
- Assisted in promoting the continuous improvement of the desktop operation and maintenance management system, and promoted the operation and maintenance management level and user satisfaction;
- According to the needs of each business department, participate in the desktop infrastructure optimization and transformation project, and provide a good infrastructure environment for the business department;
- Carry out terminal equipment outsourcing and maintenance projects, organize and manage outsourcing resources;
- Assist to complete the disposal of equipment and accessories according to relevant systems and standards to avoid significant impact on personnel and the environment.

**QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field;
English (Fluent);
Portuguese (home language).

**EXPERIENCE**:
More than 3 years experience in IT terminal equipment operation and maintenance

**WORKPLACE**:GWM Head Office - São Paulo/SP

**WORK REGIME**:Hybrid (3x Office / 2x Remote)
