**Role Objective**:

- Customer relationship with a portfolio of Independent Retailers accounts assigned to you;
- Manage multiple accounts, focussing on customer service and achieving commercial, content and operational targets;
- nsure partner portfolio growth and loyalty;
- Business tracking and analysis, implementation of commercial and content strategic projects defined within the team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsável por KPIs da carteira:

- GMV
- Partner Investment
- Cancel Rate and Defect Rate
- Conversions
- Churn

**Key Requirements**:

- Advanced English or Spanish is required.
- Analytical and number driven

**Desired Requirements**:
