Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in digital publishing and advertising technologies.
- 8 years of experience in retail marketing and store planning in an agency or in-house corporate marketing department.
- 8 years of experience in advertising or enterprise technology sales, with experience in the online advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced publishing environment and establishing relationships within the agency marketplace.
- Ability to work with limited guidance.
- Ability to be a reliable source of information for internal and external clients.
- Ability to mobilize people across functions and levels.
- Excellent project leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.

You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to work effectively with Google's partners, in order to best represent our users, products and programs and drive growth.
As a Strategic Partner Lead, you will serve as consultant and advisor to our partners. You will identify opportunities to fuel our Partners digital growth. You will work cross-functionally to grow our partner's businesses and build effective relationships with C-level representatives to empower partners to thrive and grow in a digital future.

We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create engagement plans for partners and drive strategic initiatives (e.g., industry strategy alignment, cross-functional joint business plans, key industry initiatives/programs, etc.).
- Develop and execute the partnership strategy on strategic accounts (e.g., solution selling and developing comprehensive plans) for the partners within their portfolio (e.g., growth opportunities identification, action planning, and business growth forecast).
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams (i.e., Sales, Product, Marketing, Policy, Partnerships, and Communications) to stay coordinated on industry challenges and highlight opportunities for teams.
- Engage and solve industry challenges.
