**Principais atividades**
- Resolução de dúvidas, serviços, sinistros e reclamações através de tickets/contato telefônico.
- Acompanhar e conduzir toda jornada do cliente.
- Apresentar as melhores soluções para os clientes.
- Se antecipar aos problemas dos clientes.
- Manter contato com o cliente com foco em estratégias determinadas pela companhia.
- Identificar gaps de experiência a partir dos atendimentos realizados.
