Job Title: Collections Specialist
Department & Team: Credit & Collections
Reports to: Collections Manager/LATAM
Location: São Paulo - Brazil

Key responsibilities and summary:
Responsible for doing financial processing work in the company such as contacting customers and sales members to follow up on open invoices to pursue payment, informing payments received and preparing reports for accounts.

Activities in this job may include:

- Taking accurate records of financial activity.
- Processing and reconciling accounts and records.
- Checking bank statements for payments.
- Log in to Collection system to update activities.
- Follow up on customers accounts.
- Collecting and maintaining customer accounts.
- Direct contact with Spanish speaking customers.
- Direct contact with English speaking global team.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in the area.
- Advanced English and Spanish, especially for conversation.
- Demonstrated good skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good personal skills to interact with people and negotiating.

Desired
- Good experience with collections.
- Experience in working in a Saas or Telecom Company.
- Previous work with direct contact with customers.
