Facilities Analyst

We are looking for someone to be responsible for managing and overseeing activities related to infrastructure and support services, ensuring an organized, functional, and safe environment. This role involves managing contracts and service providers such as cleaning, security, building maintenance, landscaping, pantry services, among others, to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the facilities.

**Responsibilities and Attributions**
- Monitor and plan preventive and corrective maintenance, anticipating structural needs
- Manage contracts with outsourced service providers such as cleaning, building maintenance, security, landscaping, pantry services, and others
- Monitor and plan preventive and corrective maintenance, anticipating structural needs
- Oversee the schedule and attendance of the outsourced team
- Purchase and manage office supplies and essential materials, considering sustainability and daily operational needs
- Support the organization of corporate events and activities that strengthen internal engagement
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Develop and manage vendor relationships
- Invoice verification
- Creation of purchase orders and payment control

**Requisites and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in facilities management, corporate infrastructure, or similar roles
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities
- Strategic mindset with a focus on employee experience
