WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese language will be assessed as part of the selection process. - Some experience in support or operations. Basic ITIL knowledge. A desire to learn. Patience to support both technical and non-technical customers. Availability to work from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (three weeks per month, Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday at office)
- Availability to work from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday (one week per month, remote)
- Willingness to work one weekend per month.
