As Territory Manager, you will manage the business in your assigned area based on our "Supplier Lifecycle" approach, our "Product/Process Knowledge" strength, and our ambition to be the #1 supplier in productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for designing and successful execution of the Strategic South Territory Business Plan based on a close, value-drived, on-site and frequent relationship with our customers.- Accountable for the South Territory business results, focused on budget and profitability.- Manage, train and develop the territory management team members, developing their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that the territory team's objectives are met.- Ensure the alignment and strategic articulation within the FLSmidth organization to deliver and capture value to and from the territory customers.
What you bring:
- Engineering, Business Administration or related technical careers.- At least 3 years in successful strategic accounts management.- At least 1,5 years commercial team leader- Spanish (intermediate ) and English (fluente).- Strategic thinking.
