**Job Description**:
The LabGarage is a unique entity at Visa Brazil, responsible for the exploration, incubation and launch of new solutions for Urban Mobility. We operate in an agile mind set to rapidly build, test, iterate, and scale products quickly. We are a team of entrepreneurs, engineers and product developers looking to build door-to-door connected journeys.

The LabGarage Sr Director is a versatile role in The Visa LabGarage able to lead a variety of product development efforts and partnerships in order to launch impactful product concepts and platforms that can scale. You will work collaboratively with lean teams composed product managers and full-stack developers in an agile environment. This position is best suited for a strategic, flexible, action-oriented person who is self-driven and thrives in ambiguous settings.

Responsabilities
- Lead the product perspective on relevance to Visa, business modeling/case/reason to invest.
- Think holistically about the design of a new solution and the implications related to both the customer’s experience as well as the venture’s ability to implement and scale.
- Practice an agile approach to planning, problem solving, prioritization and development, rapidly prototyping at low fidelity whenever feasible to accelerate knowledge development
- Use design thinking techniques for the conceptual development of products, services and/or physical connected form-factors
- Work with a variety of stakeholders, clients, partners, governments, transport authorities and operators
- Scan start-up ecosystem to identify solutions that can be accelerated to scale
- Translates strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
- Partner with engineering to ensure requirements & user interfaces are properly implemented and meet architectural guidelines.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree ideally, degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical bachelor’s degree
- Minimum ten years’ experience in a related field with Product management experience including, product conception as well as launching, building, and growing multiple products
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to evolve strategy and anticipate trends based on research, data, and industry trends
- Solid experience in agile methods
- Strong understanding of software development, product development and rapid prototyping capabilities
- Experience in the payment industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese)
