**What we are looking for**:
This position is responsible for managing and supporting the service area of new dealers in Brazil. It is part of their routines to implement the processes inherent in the service area, namely: scheduling, budgeting, opening and closing OS, service, billing, product delivery and contact with the customer after service Evaluate the dealership and carry out an action plan for what is out It needs to be available for travel to visit dealers or be in contact with them through virtual meetings, aligning demands according to needs.

**What are you going to do**:

- Develop and implement processes for
- Market Analysis and Service Sales Potential;
- Prospecting and Scheduling of Services;
- Distribution and Programming Services;
- Remote diagnostics;
- Completion of correct execution of the service. (tests before delivery)
- Closing O.S. and Billing; -Scheduling/Delivery of the ready machine;
- After Sales Contact and Prevention/Resolution of complaints

**What do you need**:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Engineering (Agricultural, Mechanic, Electrical, Electronic or similar) and related areas.
