Team Overview:
At 99Food, we believe that sales excellence starts with quality. In a highly competitive, fast-scaling environment, every customer interaction matters. Our team of Business Developers (BDs) works directly in the field, approaching restaurants of all sizes with a consultative, strategic, and results-driven mindset. To support the consistency and impact of these interactions, we’re looking for a **Sales Quality Assurance Specialist** to help operate and evolve our quality and audit program. This role plays a key part in identifying improvement opportunities, supporting coaching initiatives, and driving continuous performance enhancement through structured evaluations and actionable insights.

Role Responsibilities:

- Understand the quality of sales interactions across field visits, discovery meetings, WhatsApp/SMS conversations, other commercial touchpoints and/or internal sales processes.
- Conducting audits of closed deals to ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and commercial policies.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, quality metrics, and performance trends.
- Identifying individual and team-level performance patterns, highlighting best practices and areas for improvement.
- Providing feedback to sales reps and leaders in alignment with the training team’s development plans.
- Collaborating with Sales Enablement and Sales Management to improve training programs and coaching strategies based on QA insights.
- Helping foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and high-quality customer engagement within the sales organization.
- Supporting initiatives such as post-interaction satisfaction surveys and process audits when required.

Role Qualifications:

- Experience in sales operations, commercial QA, auditing, or coaching sales professionals.
- Familiarity with consultative B2B sales, preferably in short-cycle or field-based models.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and QA frameworks or quality grids.
- Clear, assertive communication skills and the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
- A self-starter profile with ownership, structure, and strong partnership skills.
- Previous exposure to training, enablement or development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in startups, foodtech, or tech companies is considered a strong advantage.
