**Acerca del puesto Category Controlling SAM**:
Buscamos um Category Controller para a área de Marketing da Região para uma importante empresa multinacional de bens de consumo.

Como Especialista em controladoria, a principal responsabilidade da função é fornecer as informações corretas para tomadores de decisão, garantindo governança e orientação. Interagir com os departamentos, fornecendo análise oportuna de negócios e desempenho operacional e previsão de resultados futuros.

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Definição de metas financeiras e investimentos em Publicidade e Promoção durante o processo orçamentário
e revisões do SAF;
- Gerir o orçamento de Publicidade e Promoção garantindo o cumprimento do Plano de Investimento de cada
marca;
- Desenvolver o P&L de novos produtos, com o objetivo de informar as áreas Comercial e Financeira sobre o seu impacto
financeiro no resultado da empresa (margem de contribuição);
- Gerar e analisar rentabilidade por SKU;
- Analisar o CPV, fornecendo Gap e análises mensais;
- Aconselhar ações corretivas para garantir o nível de margem bruta alvo para as categorias;
- Alinhamento mensal com a equipe de Marketing Regional sobre o P&L das categorias.

**Quem buscamos**:

- ** **Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Contabilidade ou Engenharia;
- Experiência anterior de pelo menos 3 anos em controle ou relatórios;
- Capacidade de entender os processos de negócios e identificar riscos/oportunidades;
- Conhecimento de MS Office e SAP; O HFM é considerado uma vantagem;
- Reforço de competências técnicas, software de gestão de dados e relatórios, com capacidade para desenvolver ferramentas para um trabalho eficiente;
- Flexibilidade, habilidades analíticas e de gerenciamento de projetos, capacidade de organizar e gerenciar prioridades e prazos;
- Habilidades de resolução de problemas de orientação para resultados e trabalho em equipe;
- Avançado em inglês e espanhol é considerado um diferencial.
