Our latest $555M Series E fundraising values the company over $3.5B and places it among the most dynamic players in eCommerce, globally. A leader in the Forrester New Wave, we will hire 1,700 passionate new Mirakl Workers globally over the next 3 years.

What you will do at Mirakl:

- You will be responsible for setting and executing Mirakl's sales strategy within Brazil
- You will meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation
- You will identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, playbooks and strategies
- You will provide hands-on coaching, support and motivation to help your team meet and exceed their defined sales targets
- You will identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency
- You will develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activities
- You will work closely with executive management, sales enablement, recruiting, marketing, and product teams on tasks that help move larger company initiatives forward and drive overall business success
- 5+ years of experience leading a enterprise sales team with a track record of consistent results
- Proven ability to effectively manage sales teams covering large enterprise customers
- Contribute to developing Mirakl's network and public visibility to expand its reach in the marketplace.
- Proven history of attracting, retaining and developing high performance Account Executives
