**Descrição do Perfil**
Responsável por apoiar a condução de um programa amplo de Customer Experience, incluindo a gestão do projeto e o redesenho da jornada do cliente, mantendo uma abordagem customer centric, projetando e discutindo protótipos e aplicações de métricas de CX.
**Principais Atividades**
- Mapear as jornadas de clientes nas áreas de negócio, verificando todos os touch points para projetar interações eficazes
- Suportar à construção de jornadas de clientes para as áreas de negócio
- Entrevistar os usuários a e compreender eventuais dores
- Identificar as oportunidades de melhoria das jornadas do cliente e relativo plano de ação
- Acompanhar os principais indicadores de CX (ex: NPS)
- Multiplicar boas práticas com foco em CX
- Apoiar para divulgação de conteúdos e treinamentos de CX buscando garantir alinhamento das áreas
**Formação, Conhecimento e Experiência**
- Formação em Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Administração ou Economia;
- Conhecimento técnico de jornada e métricas de pesquisa CX;
- Experiência em CX/UX
- Conhecimento em design thinking e metodologia de desenvolvimento ágil/lean;
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação e uma mentalidade criativa;
- Desejável experiência em participação de squads multidisciplinares;
- Perfil orientado a resultados e hands on;
- Design Thinking.
