As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be tasked with providing complete customer support and resolution of post-sales technical issues.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Taking ownership for resolution of pre and post-sales technical customer issues
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute the best solutions
- Handling standardized project processes and guidelines
- Liaising with key clients and collaborating with stakeholders on complicated processes, adapting style to suit your audience

- Be successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
- Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Have experience providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers
- Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university
