Sendo assim, tem o papel de buscar atração dos melhores talentos para a empresa, buscando os perfis mais alinhados com os requisitos das posições. **Principais responsabilidades**: - Responsável por toda a estratégia das vagas sobre sua responsabilidade, definindo as melhores formas de captação de talentos e sendo consultivo aos clientes internos; - Suportar o time de parceiros de RH (HRBPs); - Gestão e acompanhamento dos KPIs da área; - Fazer a gestão do estagiário da área. - Assegurar processo de integração corporativa de novos funcionários Principais Desafios: - Garantir a entrega dos shorlists dentro dos SLA propostos - Buscar um processo de qualidade que traga assertividade às contratações - Assegurar acuracidade nos reportes - Trazer inovações e melhoras contínuas ao processo de recrutamento **A experiência que procuramos**: - Ensino Superior Completo; - Experiência sólida em Recrutamento e Seleção; - Vivência conduzindo posições de liderança de alta complexidade; - Atuação com programas de inclusão de pessoas com deficiência será um diferencial; - Conhecimento no Pacote Office; - Inglês Avançado; - Espanhol Avançado (desejavel); - Bom relacionamento interpessoal, organização, autonomia, negociação, agilidade.
