**_ Breve descrição:_**
- Responsável pela elaboração, planejamento, dimensionamento e governança do orçamento técnico de Customer Relations, avaliação de viabilidade técnica e econômica de projetos, assim como pela gestão do planejamento operacional e financeiro de Customer Relations_

**_Principais atividades:_**
- _Elaborar o orçamento e suas revisões (forecast) necessário para garantir recursos financeiros para a contratação de fornecedores;_
- _Elaborar prévias semanais, assim como analisar os desvios financeiros frente ao inicialmente orçado;_
- _Realizar análises de impactos financeiros e operacionais de projetos de Customer Relations (elaboração de Business Plan, avaliar necessidade de contratação adicional de capacidade, identificar oportunidades e riscos no orçamento, etc.);_
- _Garantir o alinhamento dentro da área de Planejamento dos projetos a serem implementados no atendimento TIM;_
- _Monitorar a performance dos indicadores operacionais de atendimento, visando maior eficiência de custo e maior acessibilidade ao call center;_
- _Elaborar previsões de chamadas (ura e ath) para os processos de contratação de capacidade nos sites internos e externos;_
- _Participar junto com as áreas de Negócio de discussão e definição de modelos de atendimento._

**_Experiência, conhecimento e formação:_**
- _Conhecimento em modelos estatísticos;_
- _Experiência em Planejamento em qualquer setor;_
- _Ferramenta SAS;_
- _Pacote Office;_
- _Experiência com elaboração de orçamento;_
- _Desejável:_ _Conhecimentos em metodologias Lean UX / Design Thinking;_
- _Graduação completa _Estatística, Economia, Matemática e Engenharia de Produção._
