In doing so, we create life-changing innovations that impact billions of lives around the world. **You can help us to achieve our mission.** **Microsoft is looking for a Client Executive to lead the transformation journey with a few of our largest Retail and CPG clients.** As a Client Executive you will build and foster strategic relationships with the c-suites of the most impactful companies in their industry and you will be at the forefront of their transformation. Envision working jointly with these Clients and strategic partners, to merge business vision with engineering roadmaps to enable market-making innovations that will help change "business as we know it". Be the visionary leader that takes the Clients leaders on a journey, by using your industry and business acumen to turn those dreams of today into tangible business outcomes of tomorrow. As part of this you will be orchestrating internal client teams of a significant size, and together, you will challenge things that were never thought possible and drive forward on strong commercial results. Traditional sales engagement methods have evolved. Customers and Clients are seeking consultative partnerships, not vendor-customer relationships. Armed with world class cloud solutions, your role is to unlock the potential of our Retail and CPG Clients by demonstrating clear business value, accelerating their transition and success. High level Client satisfaction is a key measure, as are revenue/consumption targets. You will develop and take our leading transformation partnership with a few selected clients to the next level and leverage the possibilities of cloud computing, AI and data driven decisions to the benefit of the client and all the way through their value chain. **Responsibilities**: - ** Business Strategy** - Understand the clients business, business strategy and industry direction and manage a longterm, sustainable business portfolio. - ** Transform** - Disrupt the mindset of clients and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase change and Microsoft’s unique value proposition. - ** Relationship Building** - Expand strategic client relationships to drive larger impact for the client and to deliver business outcomes. - ** Business Development** - Responsible for articulating the joint business plan and business opportunity generation. **Qualifications**: - Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations, building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be profiles with experience of driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer’s space. - Experience in influence-without-authority (networking / orchestration with 5+ internal and external people) in international environments. - Demonstrated ability to understand how to run a business and commercial model (including, but not limited to, portfolio management, P&L ownership, business planning). - Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience. - Fluency in English (Spanish is optional) Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
