IT Recruiter

**IT Recruiter***:Exactpro is a specialist firm focusing on building software for testing technologically complex platforms of our clients - global financial industry leaders. Exactpro software and ideas are used in half of the top 20 largest global exchanges and clearing houses.

**Responsibilities**:

- develop recruitment strategies to increase the number of newcomers (mainly junior testers and junior developers);
- improve brand awareness by collaborating with universities and organising/participating in events;
- organise students internships and attract the best students from local and regional technical universities;
- participate in job fairs at the universities;
- create and update job descriptions;
- provide recruiting reports to the team;
- keeping up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- higher education in HRM/IT or similar;
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter;
- work experience as an IT Specialist will be an advantage;
- good command of the English language;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- result-oriented mindset;
- strong organisational skills;
- CIPD or HRCI qualification will be an advantage;
- proactive attitude.
