**Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?**
Como analista de Service Desk, você fará parte de uma equipe multidisciplinar responsável por todo o ciclo de vida dos chamados de suporte, desde a sua criação até o direcionamento e solução. Sua responsabilidade será realizar atendimento de primeiro nível de suporte, com foco em transformar o primeiro contato do cliente, mesmo estando em um momento de crise.

**Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?**:

- Registro de chamados, classificação e diagnóstico;
- Monitoramento do ciclo de vida do incidente;
- Atendimento ao cliente, comunicando-lhe sobre padronização do ambiente e soluções técnicas;
- Fechamento de chamados quando resolvidos, realizando o acompanhamento com o usuário;
- Revisar e criar procedimentos operacionais;
- Realizar interações com parceiros.
**O que esperamos que você possua?**
- 1+ ano de experiência em atendimentos de Service Desk;
- Conhecimento em ITIL;
- Conhecimento em Cisco ou outros fornecedores;
- Graduação na área de TI;
- Boa comunicação e habilidades de atendimento ao cliente;
- Inglês intermediário;
