**About the Role**

One of the most common reasons people use Uber is in service of their work. From consultants in New York City to architects in Sao Paulo, employees expect to optimize Uber Go and get experience to help them be successful and stress-free at their jobs In this role, you will be responsible for creating a magnificent Uber experience for the business. We are looking for very adventurous and experienced Product Managers to help innovate and implement product initiatives across the company. This role will have the responsibility of creating a vision and strategy to drive the business rider and eater experience. You'll help the employee be more productive and happier, and the employer get the most out of every business project by finding new channels for helping businesses to discover the best platform across rides, eats, and other verticals for their businesses The role demands a solid background in product management, experience in a fast paced environment, and lean product methodologies; ability to operate in a highly technical and data-oriented environment; leadership skills, ability to do user research and work collaboratively with executive-level colleagues.
- Lead the conceptualization, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Establish shared vision across Uber by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Uber's strategic and competitive edge while delivering products that are recognized best in the industry
- Enhance efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
- Partner with sales, business, and strategy leadership to set and attain targets that affect Uber's bottom-line.
- Meet teams throughout Uber, and collaborate with them to adapt their features and plans for business travelers.

**- Basic Qualifications -**
- Build strong connections with your internal customers to understand their needs to inform the roadmap. Capture these opportunities in user stories, business flow diagrams, and product requirements. Work cross-functionally to jointly develop innovative approaches for end-to-end resolution.
- Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature.
- Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent, ideally including hands-on software engineering experience
- Work with the leadership team to define the product vision/strategy and roadmap for your pillar(s) and align your team accordingly.
