**Global Technology searches for Technical Delivery Analyst**

This position will support multiple Global Transaction Services Technology acting as a Business Technology for Brazil Commercial Banking, Instant Payments, Local Payment (SPB), Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Digital Signature Platforms in the LATAM region working on projects and on-going that span both regulatory and business enablement portfolios.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the definition of technical requirements for projects involving payments systems;
- Project scopes will include compliance with market laws as well as new products, systems improvements and platform enhancements (strong focus on internal and external mandates);
- Participation in clearing and financial market associations technical workgroups;
- Be responsible for creating design documents in meetings with local and global teams and improve internal processes;
- Manage the deliveries of the teams and suppliers involved, ensuring deadlines will be met;
- Proactive risk identification and management ;
- Acting with teams of systems, support, infrastructure and architecture in troubleshooting and implementations of the necessary changes;
- Supporting testing activities involving infrastructure components;
- Actively participate on disaster recovery exercises planning;
- Assistance (L3 support) to production incidents troubleshooting and problem investigation.

**Core skills and requirements**:

- Graduated Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems;
- Knowledge of Digital certificates renew process and systems architecture;
- Solutions based on APIs and oauth calls;
- Critical and analytic Thinking, Proactive, Teamwork and Creativity are key-skills;
- Knowledge of Matera, CRK, Função and FEPWeb systems is a differential;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory - Spanish is a plus;
- Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Must be comfortable in managing multiple priorities, meeting facilitation, follow-up and escalation;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Knowledge in network infrastructure (firewall, switches, load balancers);
- Agile Methodologies knowledge, such as Kanban and Scrum;
- Jira and Confluence tools use for issues tracking and documentation;
- Teamwork skills;
- Assertiveness in solving problems and challenges;
- Well organized and task control oriented;
- Proactivity and discipline.
