Our client is one of the biggest players in Brazil and Latin America.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Strong interaction with business leadership teams in Brazil and Latin America to build and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with global guidelines and organizational culture;
- Conducting end-to-end selection processes, with the support of an Intern, local and international Specialized Consultants and the COE (Specialist / Corporate areas - LATAM);
- Acting in initiatives to attract talent: employer branding, partnerships with universities, preparation of a calendar of actions, support in the organization of internal and external events;
- Evaluation and management of sources for attracting and selecting talent, tools suitable for the process, methodologies, tests and other procedures, aiming at assertiveness and meeting the needs of the internal and external process;
- Supplier Management, evaluation, approval, performance monitoring and payment;
- Develop, monitor and evaluate indicators and dashboards with a focus on performance related to quality, efficiency, SLA and customer satisfaction;
- Process management through the Workday platform;

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Consistent experience in Talent Attraction / Executive Search and conducting end-to-end selection processes for local and Latam positions;
- Essential - fluent English to conduct selection processes;
- Experience with managing policies, systems, tools (ATS's) and talent acquisition processes;
- Experience in building and conducting Talent Attraction Programs (Trainees, Interns, Young Apprentices, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, among others;
- Desirable knowledge of the Workday Platform and Office package;
- Desirable knowledge of behavioral profile analysis tools: MBTI, DISC, Assessment;
- Complete Graduation in Administration, Psychology, among others;
- Desirable Specialization in People Management;
