Your work in the role of Finance Operations Analyst plays a crucial part in ensuring continuous success of the company and supporting process of Finance Manager in making strategic company decisions.

While balancing between different internal departments and external stakeholders, this position will put you in charge of meaningful tasks that should result in smoothness of everyday workflow.

**Job Description**:

- Keeping records within your area of responsibility
- Providing support to superiors in reconciliation of various financial information
- Doing ad hoc admin tasks as requested by your supervisors
- Working under the mentorship and supervision of financial associates and / or managers
- You have interesting to learn about South LATAM countries taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and balance sheets.

**Qualifications**:

- You have experience in Finance routine.
- You have a degree education in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- You describe yourself as detail-oriented person.
- You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve any logistic issues that may occur.
- You speak fluently with colleagues, clients and partners alike in **English and Portuguese.**:

- You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
