**Job Summary**:
Provides customer support, resolving customer requests and consultation on enquiries related to HR administrative processes and procedures.

**What You Will Do**:

- Contribute to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to termination, exit interviews, disciplinary actions, employment compliance and contracts management, acting as a trusted advisor for the leadership.
- Support all BU HR processes related to employee life cycle, such as hiring, onboarding, job changes and reorganizations, HR Budget, Hourly Gain Sharing and benefits administration (cafeteria, employee transportation, service anniversary, Christmas basket).
- Provide an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
- Identify, assess and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

**What You Have - Skills**:
**Business Process Improvement**:Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to use methods for identifying, evaluating, introducing and implementing more efficient approaches to performing business related activities.
**Information Capture**:Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.

**Service Excellence**:Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree.

Intermediate English.

Intermediate Knowledge of Office 365 tools.

Pre advanced / Advanced English.

Knowledge in 6Sigma, Lean and Agile methodologies.

Advanced Knowledge of Office 365 tools.
