Team Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-changing environment and learn about several HR subsystems.

The HR Intern will support the HRBP team dedicated to the Global Customer Experience (CX) team at DiDi. In this role you will assist all CX HR team members in People Management practices, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives. You will support teams’ initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related topics. You’ll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.

Role Responsibilities:

- Supporting HRBPs
- Support on implementing CX People startegy
- Support CX HR team on internal employee communication crafting and operations, in partnership with CX function teams.
- Assist in other HR initiatives implementation as needed

**Bonus point if you have**:

- Spanish knowledge
- HR initiatives/ Intenal communication experience

- Attending graduation
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical Thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills - with intermediate English proficiency
- Problem solving and creative thinking

- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility
