**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and objectives.

2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective sales goals.

3. Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends and data to forecast sales projections and plan resource allocation accordingly.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with previous experience in a leadership or management role.

3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise effective solutions.

Salário: R$10.000,00 - R$12.000,00 por mês
