Sob orientação, controla o processo de geração de relatórios e fornece orientação e suporte aos clientes diariamente ou como especialista em produtos/serviços específicos.

Atividades Principais
- Ser o Ponto Focal de atendimento de uma carteira de clientes
- Dar suporte e orientação à equipe para reuniões de atendimento ao cliente
- Ministrar treinamentos aos clientes nas diversas plataformas da IQVIA
- Desenvolver análises de informações de mercado e produzir estudos ad-hoc sob demanda
- Identificar proativamente as oportunidades de novos negócios
- Desenvolvimento de materiais de apresentação e consulta para clientes

Requisitos/Qualificações- Formação em Marketing, Administração, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas- 2 anos de experiência relativo as atividades- Capacidade analítica, foco em detalhes e boa comunicação oral e escrita- Experiência e/ou conhecimento prévio na indústria/atendimento ao cliente- Bons domínios das ferramentas Excel e Powerpoint - mandatório- Residir em São Paulo/região (modelo híbrido de trabalho)- Inglês avançado - diferencial
