We are looking for an experienced program manager to be based in Sao Paulo within the Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) Team. The Global Agency & Accounts Team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.
Job Profile
1. As part of the Strategic Operations unit within the GA&A team, work with global and regional business unit stakeholders for overall program management of multiple strategic initiatives to engage with TikTok's advertising/media clients and grow ad revenue
2. Full life-cycle responsibilities include strategizing, structuring, tracking, implementing, and ultimately driving individual programs to completion upon business required deadlines
3. Identify areas of common concern, redundancies in operation, and inefficiencies. Develop standards and polices to improve workflows to engage with major brands within LATAM.
4. Manage complex projects with aggressive timelines and work with internal stakeholders to communicate timelines and deliverables as needed. Extensive project management expertise and experience managing complex projects in digital advertising and media
5. Partner with global counterparts across sales, legal, marketing and product to drive system improvements for data, reporting, project management processes, and legal framework
7. Work with the head of Global Accounts in LATAM to drive the team's strategic agenda and tactical project requirements in the region
1. BA or BS degree
2. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable.
3. Proven experience working in digital media and digital advertising
4. 7 plus years of relevant operational and/or project/program management experience
5. Strong communication skills to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Comfort in running status meetings, managing action items and keeping everyone updated on status of all associated projects/programs
6. Proven experience in leading project delivery with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally
7. Passion for data and technology - leverage data to drive strategy and measure success; comfort with technology to understand what drives product adoption and influence the product roadmap
8. Proven experience managing projects across multiple markets and cultures
9. Strong presentation skills and comfort in working with Google Slides and Microsoft Powerpoint
10. Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and organized
**11. Comfortable working in a startup culture**: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes.
