**As a Lead Financial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning;
- Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period;
- Advising functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field;
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems;
- Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Have experience in Finance;
- Have experience in Cash Flow Planning and Analysis;
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;
- Be a good communicator in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
