The opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Principal Consultant Documentum/Captiva in Latin America.

OVERVIEW:
As Principal Consultant, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:

- Design and prepare architecture of projects
- Troubleshooting and Performance Tunning
- Support Documentum and Captiva environments
- Assist deployment of code in QA, staging, and production
- Perform administration of servers on all environments
- Coordinate with all the concerned teams involved

General Requirements
- Consultancy skills, being able to understand customer needs and translate it in technical actions
- Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese MUST)
- Fluency in English and Spanish intermediate Level
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fast learning skills
- Self-management skills, being able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.

Specific Technical Requirements:

- OpenText Documentum products as Server, D2, xCP, Capital Projects, Assets Operations, among others
- Open Text Intelligent Capture (), as Batch and Realtime Services
- Operating Systems Windows - 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server, Unix, Linux versions
- RDBMS/Tools SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Web/Application Servers Tomcat 8, 9+ JBoss, Weblogic
- Web Servers Apache, IIS
- LDAP and Active Directory integrations
- Debug day to day issues as a part of the support
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems

Desirably Technical Requirements:

- Review and provide feedback on architecture and infrastructure designs
- Install patches on components
- Applications Tunning to improve performance and efficiency
- Install Application Servers, Data Bases, Web Servers, and Open Text products
- Maintain and develop existing
- IDE/Development Tools NetBeans, Eclipse
- TCP/IP, Load balancer, Firewalls, and network advanced knowledge
- JAVA Development (Webservices, Rest, Servlet, etc),.NET

Good written and spoken communication skills to present solutions to technical and management levels
