The Opportunity:
This role is a part of the Professional Services Principal Consultant xECM, CCM, Archive Server in Latin America.
OVERVIEW:
As Principal Consultant, Professional Services for LATAM, you will:
- xECM Development and infrastructure
- JAVA WEB Development (Webservices, Servlet, etc)
- Archive Server infrastructure
- Exstream infrastructure
- Design and prepare architecture of projects
- Troubleshooting and Performance Tunning
- Support xECM, CCM and Archive Server environments
- Assist deployment of code in QA, staging and production
- Perform administration of servers on all environments
- Coordinate with all the concerned teams involved
General Requirements
- Consultancy skills, been able to understand customer needs and translate it in technical actions
- Good written and spoken communication skills (Portuguese MUST)
- Fluency in English and Spanish intermediate Level
- Troubleshooting skills
- Fast learning skills
- Self-management skills, been able to self-manage his/her time and tasks to accomplish with project goals, reporting the progress of his/her tasks.
Specific Technical Requirements:
- OpenText xECM, CCM, Archive Server
- Operating Systems Windows NT/2K/XP/2003/2008/2012 Server, Unix, Linux
- RDBMS/Tools SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
- Web/Application Servers Tomcat 7, 8, JBoss, Weblogic
- Web Servers Apache, IIS
- LDAP and Active Directory integrations
- Debug day to day issues as a part of support
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- DesirablyTechnical Requirements:
- Review and provide feedback on architecture and infrastructure designs
- Install patches on components
Applications Tunning to improve performance and efficiency
- Install Application Servers, Data Bases, Web Servers and Open Text products
- Maintain and develop existing
- IDE/Development Tools NetBeans, Eclipse
- TCP/IP, Load balancer, Firewalls and network advanced knowledge
- JAVA Development (Webservices, Rest, Servlet, etc),.NET
Good written and spoken communication skills to present solutions to technical and management levels
