**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
Do you enjoy delivering a great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding your knowledge? If you answered yes, this role may be a great fit for you
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
Provide Portuguese and English first level support for desktop solution users for their phone and Portal inquiries, which includes assistance with service features, report inquiries, payment inquiries along with navigational support to end users. Document cases, route, track, escalate and update customers on status of issues as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in course (mainly Technology areas, Tourism and Business), with at least two years to conclusion;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Advanced English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Be open to learn and change.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Travel industry knowledge.
