**Main Tasks
1. Promote the Service offering to the key industries of the local Sales Center through the industry plans, strategic papers etc in conjunction with the key local stakeholders;
2. Ensure local Service capabilities;
3. Deploy the Service tactics defined in the industry plans;
4. Gathers and acts upon local marketing intelligence;

**Responsibilities
1. Promote the Service offering to the key industries of the local Sales Center through the industry plans, strategic papers etc in conjunction with the key local stakeholders:
**- **Understands and aligns with the Industry Manager the industry plan;
- Feedback local service information (market price, competitors behavior, trends;
- Consolidate the different Service tactics defined in the industry plans;
- Pursue service contracts and recurring business using elements of our service portfolio;

**2. Ensure local Service capabilities:
- Prior to launching, collaborate with Service Manager to ensure appropriate local capabilities.
- Prepare a functional quotation and order handling process for services.

**3. Deploy the consolidated Service tactics defined in the industry plans by:
- Monitoring the service specific offering within the country (e.g: launching of a key offering)
- Supports customer development of strategic accounts and key players in the country (standardization, launching...)
- Trainings of sales partners and customers
- Preparing of marketing tools (e.g: case studies)
- Executing marketing actions (e.g: customers seminars, campaign) in the country
- Supporting on project and contract management

**4. Gathers and acts upon local market intelligence for his service portfolio:
**- **Participates in networks, customer feedback to define market size, market share, growth of the Service market.

**Formal Study
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Technical degree in Engineering (automation, industry, electric, chemical)
- Marketing post-graduation as a differential
- Abilities, personal requirements

**- **Knowledge of relevant product
- Knowledge of automation and control
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to abstract and realize
- Take initiative and ownership for his/her topics
- Ability to transfer knowledge
- High willingness to travel around Brazil

**Working Experience
- Experience in marketing or sales development
- Experience with the respective product
- Experience in CRM tools
