Senior Manager Volume and System Revenue

This is an individual contributor role, which will act as the Subject Matter Expert on the main KPIs regarding its task, connecting within the Organization and Externally.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Coordinate and manage Zone volume and system revenue planning and analyze local macroeconomic trends, in coordination with the OU Finance Insights Director
- Performs complex analysis assignments; responsible for providing timely volume and system revenue for all processes dependent: NSR, RE and annual budgets.
- Partner with Zone senior leaders and Planning, Competitive Analysis and Insights Lead to support the Business Plan, Volume Forecasting and Business Performance at the Operating Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders
- Develop key insights necessary to inform strategic priorities.
- Forecasting: Analyze volume and system revenue forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways
- Localize business plan volume and System Revenue targets as extension of global.
- Analyze execution of strategy on a monthly basis and communicate insights
- Business Performance analysis for volume and System Revenue, supporting Zone and OU narrative and presentations to support local performance management routines
- Run Volume scenarios ad provide inputs to Planning Team / PS to run P&L.
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss business performance and implications, capture takeaways
- Analyze local macro-economic trends and Market analysis

**Qualification & Requirements**
- 7+ years in finance, business planning, and/or forecasting preferred.
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferred and working with large data sets is necessary.
- Experience leveraging skills in project management; change management; process development/improvement; and strong negotiation and collaboration.
- Understanding of mathematical, optimization and computational concepts behind analytics algorithms.
- Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources and building machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics is necessary.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability.
- Management and great people skills, as to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
