**About the Company**

Our client is an international fintech provider launching a large-scale transformation into an AI-native organization. They are looking for a leader to design and execute the strategy for integrating LLMs and AI tools into all product development, testing, and support processes.

**Role Mission**

Make AI a key accelerator for product development and maintenance. The goal is to significantly increase engineering team productivity by embedding LLMs into every stage of the product lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify engineering processes suitable for AI automation.
- Develop and implement AI-first solutions: prompt libraries, RAG knowledge bots, test generators, auto-documentation tools.
- Integrate LLMs and AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, LangChain, OpenRouter, etc.) into daily engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with CTO, DevOps, and Head of SaaS to automate onboarding, configuration, and support processes.
- Monitor metrics such as AI coverage, velocity uplift, and LLM cost/benefit ratio.
- Educate engineering leaders and teams on AI-first delivery models.

**Requirements**:
**_ Mandatory:_**
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or developer tooling with a focus on AI.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM agents and AI tools into product and development organizations.
- Deep understanding of LangChain, RAG pipelines, OpenRouter, OpenWebUI.
- English: C2 proficiency.

**_ Preferred:_**
- Experience in fintech or high-load products.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
