**Position Purpose**

**Project Manager, Commercial Delivery**

As a Project Manager, Commercial Delivery, you will take an important role in partnering across commercial and business functions in defining opportunities, developing clear commercial focused recommendations, and ultimately delivering fit for purpose projects and/or process solutions in a timely manner. You will draw on internal and external data & perspectives in providing Shell Energy Brazil with solutions and improvements to current business processes to ensure the business remains competitive and thrives in the future. You will be a critical member of our BIA (Business Integration and Assurance) team to provide a process view in this new growth market and its strategy projects.
- Partner with Shell Energy Brazil (Gas, Power, RES) to drive projects and improvements that support T&S imperatives of HSSE, Compliance, and Value Generation in all business functions.
- Design and build business processes to support new business initiatives integrated across People Platform, Process and Place.
- Support integration efforts with other Shell businesses and design cross-functional process models
- Strong strategic thinking and development, and stakeholder management is required.

As a Project Manager, Commercial Delivery, you are responsible for the following accountabilities:

- Support leading small to medium projects (improvements or new business), using CI, project management, process design, and digitalization toolkit to deliver optimal business outcomes and ensure those business changes are Customer Focused, sustainable, fully embedded and in line with COE standards.
- Break down complex processes and work out improvement opportunities using people, process, and/or technology.
- Secure stakeholder support and buy-in through demonstration of commercial value and storytelling.
- Enable Change Management: Document learning, provide proper training, and ensure sustainability of improvements, business changes, in line with COE standards and controls
- Review and interpret business performance metrics; make improvement recommendations to Product Owners.
- Collaborate with business, IT and Product Owner to identify solutions which are in line with Platform Roadmaps.
- Provide assurance on IT project delivery where appropriate.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Trade and Supply or any work related is required
- People management, process documents and building project skills
- English/Portuguese language proficiency is required
- Proven understanding of customer impact during project/process delivery
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects or changes with specific experience in business improvement projects, continuous improvement and change management
- Improvement mindset is essential
- Basic process design and modeling skills.
- Ability to successfully facilitate workshops and meetings, present and communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
