**Your role**
- Are you risk aware? Do you have a proven background in information technology and experience in operational risk management?

We’re looking for a Tech Risk Analyst to help us to:

- managing risks into LatAm region (Brazil, Mexico and Bahamas) by proactively identifying technology development risks, establishing and maintaining an effective risk culture across a technology organization that supports the regional Wealth Management, Investment Bank, and Trustees business areas.
- document technology development risk items and track issues to completion, as well as execute risk processes, such as control assessments, elevated access reviews, and issue remediation updates
- identify local impacts from global issues affecting the region, local regulatory changes and new requirements from internal and local policies.
- create presentations and documentation in local languages when required by regulators
- track, review, and confront evidence for internal and local audits, including oversight of timely delivery

**Your team**
- You will be working at LatAm IT Risk & Controls based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We’re part of a global team responsible for technology risk management, risk remediation, and ensuring technology controls are designed and operating effectively for the region, which additionally includes technology supporting Brazil, Mexico and Bahamas. As a Tech Risk Analyst, you'll be working closely with different stakeholders (e.g. business risk managers, local regional management, Compliance etc.) in multiple levels across the LatAm region.

**Your expertise**
- at least 3 years working in a similar role, if in a financial market will be consider a plus
- proven technology experience in risk management, information security, operational control, or audit-based processes
- project management skills in planning, testing, tracking, with timely successful delivery outcomes
- knowledge in data analysis, validation and presentation (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau)
- fluent English skills
- great communicator, verbal and written, with strong attention to detail
- a resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills, taking initiative to drive forward with colleagues at all levels
