**Job Description Summary**: This role will be planning and directing the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of employees’ benefits, retirement plans and wellbeing program for Latin America. This is an individual contributor role requiring both strategic and Operational excellence reporting to the Regional Total Rewards Leader-Intercontinental.
As the LATAM Benefits Leader, your main responsibilities will include establishing the organization’s employee benefits plans, determining, and recommending benefits budgets, reviewing offers from different benefits providers, and ensuring that all benefit/pension plans are compliant with country laws and industry regulations.

**What you’ll do**
- Fully responsible for the strategic direction, planning, alignment, design coverages, vendors management and governance for Latin America benefit, pension and wellbeing programs that are consistent with our Total Rewards philosophy
- Actively stays abreast of local market practices, trends, and requirements to ensure benefit and pension plan offerings remain market competitive, sound financially, and legally compliant.
- Lead benefits brokerage model to ensure process, cost efficiency, develop clear SLA matrixes to uphold the expected services that are key to our employees’ experience.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build new programs, manage risk to the company, and understand legal implications to policy or design changes. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to implement, communicate and manage daily benefits operations.
- Develops engaging and effective communication of benefit strategies and programs for our employees and integrates with our broader EVP initiative.
- Provide expertise in M&A projects to ensure effective gathering of benefits data and resolution.
- Drive process improvement and deployment of best practices for optimizing the use of HR tools, drive HR process optimization, standardization, and innovation
**What you need to have**
- Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of benefits policies, trends, laws, regulations and system tools & technologies.
- Extensive experience with regional / global benefits administration and solid understanding of benefit programs
- Bachelor level degree in related field
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources/Total Rewards, including 5+ years of management experience and a minimum of 7+ years of benefits experience (both corporate and/or consulting)
- Management experience across multiple countries preferably with Latin America experiences.
- Experience designing and implementing new programs/practices across multiple countries
- Experience in operating effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a growth mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
- Strong team-building skills, proven ability to engage as a horizontal team player.
