**About this opportunity**

As an Itero Territory Manager selling Dental and Orthodontia equipment, you will identify and prioritize target accounts within your assigned territory, drive growth by continually understanding business needs and maintaining a positive customer experience. As the face of Align Technology, you will be instrumental in communicating with customers and assisting with positive patient outcomes.

**In this role, you will**
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their business; assist them in implementing digital technology and refine office processes.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly territory iTero sales targets.
- Manage a defined geography of accounts to grow the business;
- Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.
- Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Partner with Ortho TMs to closure Itero sales.
- Proactively manage a territory to continually assess needs and potential to identify new opportunity as well as onboard new high potential accounts.
- Plan and execute sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of accounts, including staff, assistants and doctor by demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust.
- Understand account capabilities to identify gaps and provide training, technical resources, and support to ensure they are well-equipped to treat patients with appropriate Align solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align products
- Exceed sales objectives and establish the correct customer segmentation in their territory.
- **In this role, you’ll ne**ed **
- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Industry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience.
Willing to learn orthodontic and clinical knowledge.
- Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Can balance strong ability to nurture accounts with desire to seek out opportunities.
- Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
- Ability and comfort having business discussion (ROI, margins, marketing) and asking the right business questions.
- Experienced in creating action plans
- Budget Management

**Education**
- Preferable BS/BA or equivalent experience
- English skills is desirable.
