**Territory Account Manager**:

- It is also part of the TAM role, the following activities:
- The development of Channel Partners and ISVs, and relationship with End Users.
- Develop and enable Partners growing our business across the Datalogic product portfolio focusing mainly on MOB, FRS and HHS, reinforcing and growing our presence and penetration in the Retail, Manufacturing and T&L segments, driving demand generation mainly in these verticals markets.

**Responsibilities**:
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets and KPI’s
- Interacts with end user customers, resellers, distribution partners, systems integrators to grow revenue, prospect new accounts, build customer relationships, and understand customer needs by effectively positioning Datalogic's product portfolio.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Develops and owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts and communicates back to Datalogic appropriately on an account-by-account basis.
- Establishes executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes and business model fully.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrates excellent presentation skills. This person can stand in front of multi-level executives and make compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates excellent written, organizational, time management, and verbal communication skills
- Achieves assigned sales quota
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management

Accountabilities and Performance measures
- Overall revenue within a giving territory and/or group of Resellers and End Users
- Understand of the DL portfolio and retail industry
- Maintain a key relationship with our Distribution partners and sales team
- Alignment with Datalogic culture with a sense of ownership
- Update of CRM (MS Dynamics), forecast tool

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a business or technical discipline: Engineering or Business/Marketing degree
- English language is required

Work experience
- 5+ years sales experience to end users and/or through channel partners
- 5+ years of experience selling into Tier 1,2,3 accounts in the Retail Market, Mobile Computing market, Scanning or similar market.
- 5+ years of experience in the AIDC industry (Scanning, Sensor, Automation, Mobile Computing or similar technology).

Other Information
- This position is home-based and requires travel to the assigned geographical area approximately 60-70% of the time.
