**We are now looking for experienced ERP Consultants to join our Consulting Department to help us deliver future innovative and sustainable business solutions.**

**About the role**

As Solution Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering overall business solutions to our customers. You will have Application Specific knowledge to design and deliver industry-specific solutions using our own BPM Product, Novacura Flow together with major ERP Applications. You will provide thought leadership and ensures that we deliver the intended value with the right quality, resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction.

As Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions in specific functional domains. You will have Application specific knowledge at least in one functional area to design and deliver industry-specific solutions using our own BPM Product, Novacura Flow together with major ERP Applications. You will ensure that we create value with the right quality, resulting in great customer adoption and high customer satisfaction.

**Required qualifications and skills?**

We believe you have a great interest in new technology and a broad business background:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field(s)
- Consulting, project management experience, or pre-sales experience.
- Deep understanding in at least one functional area related to major ERP Systems such as IFS, Infor or SAP.
- Insights on the market, technology, and innovation trends
- Builds trust and develops customer relations
- Experience in presenting, leading, and inspiring people
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Good understanding of PL/SQL, RESTful APIs or any programming language would be a plus

You have great communication and collaboration skills, and you always deliver good service with the highest quality. You have great analytical skills and can convert customers’ needs into great business solutions. You have a proactive approach and is always eager to learn new things and you thrive from a work-environment with a high development pace.
