Atuar como responsável pela gestão de redes sociais e mídia paga dos clientes. Contemplando planejamento, produção de conteúdo, operação de mídia, análise de performance e interface com o time criativo e cliente, garantindo consistência de marca, qualidade e entrega dentro dos prazos. Responsabilidades: - Tratar diretamente com o cliente e a criação as entregas das redes. - Utilizar ferramentas de gestão, demandas e criação de conteúdos como ChatGPT, Trello ou Monday, etc. - Planos de ação para aumento do engajamento e expansão da comunidade. - Controle e gestão de mídias pagas dos clientes: Instagram, Google ads e outras frentes digitais. - Desenvolver e gerir calendários de conteúdos e interações da comunidade. - Monitorar redes sociais, fóruns, grupos e demais canais oficiais da marca. - Atuar como ponto de contato entre a marca e a comunidade, garantindo respostas rápidas e adequadas. - Mapear, incentivar e valorizar os membros mais engajados da comunidade. - Propor ações de engajamento (eventos online/offline, ativações, gamificação, programas de embaixadores, etc). - Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas de Comunicação, Marketing e Live Marketing para fortalecer a voz e identidade da marca. - Identificar tendências, influenciadores, insights e feedbacks da comunidade, reportando-os de forma estruturada.
Requisitos Experiência comprovada área de atuação, com mídias pagas e gestão de orçamento de campanhas e impulsionamento. Organização e gestão de tempo das demandas, experiência com times remotos.
Desejável Já ter atuado com algum cliente do segmento financeiro.
