Senior Sales Manager, Online Services

**What you'll do**:

- prospecting new direct clients and advertising agencies (Online Services);
- looking for new industries and markets development;
- developing & maintaining a prospect/sales pipeline daily using the Salesforce CRM system;
- adopting a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers;
- talking to potential clients, providing product information, educating and giving advice regarding affiliate marketing;
- creating personalized business proposals and eventually negotiation with direct clients and advertising agencies;
- forecast and Budget development;
- manage the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical, and account teams for launch onto the network;
- follow up on results with post-sales teams, such as advertisement management and publisher management teams;
- exchange information and ideas with global teams.

**What we expect**:

- previous experience in performance media is a plus;
- local portfolio of clients in the online services segment;
- evidence of successful sales experience & negotiation skills;
- results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities;
- excellent English and Portuguese language skills;
- good experience with MS Office tools;
- team player with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- high degree of resilience, persuasiveness and proactivity.
