**We are searching for the best talent for MedTech Regional Senior Communications Manager to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá, Colombia; Santiago, Chile; or Mexico City, Mexico.**

Acts independently to guide senior management approach to a variety of key public announcements for strategic thought leadership positioning.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the definition and implement communications and P&A strategy for JJMT LATAM, aligned with business priorities. This includes the development of comms strategy and campaigns for specific regional initiatives.
- Plan, implement and measure results of regional internal communications channels, events and initiatives sought at employees from JJMT LATAM at all levels.
- Support the Regional Communications Director in the management and implementation of thought leadership initiatives for the regional IVP.
- Together with the Regional Comms Director, co-lead the work of the communications agencies.
- Align with clusters’ comms leaders to ensure full implementation of regional strategies in the local level, and foster standard process sharing across the region, while also aligning with global comms partners within MT as well as at Enterprise level.
- Map key trends and partners that can help to identify and leverage opportunities for the Business.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications related areas, such as Public Relations and Journalism
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles.
- English language proficiency is required. Spanish/Portuguese language domain is a plus
- People management experience (Directly or indirectly) with agencies management
- Experience handling senior and global stakeholders, and translating business needs into solutions.
