Job Title: Country Operations Manager - LATAM

\

The ideal candidate will lead and shape our entire LATAM operation, with the autonomy to make high-impact decisions. This role is 80% operations-focused, with responsibility for resource management, workforce planning, employee engagement, HR, HR compliance, and strategic growth.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager – LATAM to build and inspire a high-performing, multicultural team while forging strong client relationships.

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies. \
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows. \
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership. \
  • Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives. \
  • Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization. \
  • Provide local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions. \

    • Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector. \
    • People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention. \
    • Tech Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams (Must Have) \
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. \
    • Strategic & Operational Skills: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency. \
    • Communication: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are strong advantages. \
    • Technical Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools. \
