**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
**Location**: SAP Labs Latin America - São Leopoldo, Brazil (hybrid)

You’ll support the team in a variety of activities related to coordination, internal operations, communication, and collaboration—without the need for a technical background.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of internal team activities and meetings
- Help maintain and improve documentation and internal processes
- Support communication between team members and other SAP stakeholders
- Create and refine presentations and documents for internal use
- Learn about data protection and how SAP addresses compliance globally
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies
- Contribute to team initiatives focused on continuous improvement

**What you bring**:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern to join the DP CPC team in our São Leopoldo office. This position is ideal for students looking to develop professional soft skills, work on high-visibility projects, and gain a deeper understanding of how global compliance teams operate.
- Undergraduate students expected to complete their studies within approximately 24 months.
- Able to work on-site in São Leopoldo, Brazil in a hybrid model
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Eagerness to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment
- No previous work experience is required — we’re looking for students who are curious, proactive, and ready to grow.

Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, or other collaborative platforms
- Previous experience with data protection, Project Management and/or customer support
- Exposure to international projects or global teams
- Curiosity about corporate governance, privacy regulations, and compliance

**Meet your team**:
The Data Protection Cloud and Procedure Compliance (DP CPC) team works to assess, support, and guide compliance activities across SAP cloud solutions. The team is international, with members located primarily in Brazil and Germany, and closely collaborates with stakeholders across all business areas of SAP.
