Get to know us and see what it's like to be part of a company that is in constant pursuit of improving life at home. **This role in summary**: **Your responsibilities will include**: - **Lead offshore vendor security teams on ID Administration operations following Whirlpool security processes and best practices;**: - ** Liaison with the offshore vendor security leads to ensure team performance is optimum by conducting calibration activities, upskilling resources, reducing barriers etc;**: - ** Define, maintain and improve ID Administration processes and procedures;**: - ** Conduct privileged access reviews across all major and critical systems and platforms;**: - ** Support Internal and External auditors by gathering and documenting required information as part of their Audit Testings and walkthroughs;**: - ** Contribute towards the Global IAM Cybersecurity Strategy;**: - ** Develop automation to build, test, deploy, manage, or maintain solutions to improve the ID Administration Security processes.** **Minimum requirements**: - **Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or information systems;**: - ** 5+ years of experience in Information Systems, Information Security, or Identity & Access Management areas;**: - ** Have a good hands on experience/understanding of ID Administration on ActiveDirectory, Google, LDAP, SAP, and Unix;**: - ** Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) for provisioning, establishing team-based roles and assigning them entitlements;**: - ** Solid grasp of Security governance practices and IAM Policy/Document preparation.** **Preferred skills and experiences**: - **Project Management;**: - ** People Management;**: **What we offer**: - Two home office days in the week; - A short friday every month; - Flexible working hours; - "No dresscode ". - Gympass; - Benefits such as health, dental, life insurance and private pension plan compatible with the market; - Health and well-being: nutritionist and physiotherapist; - Services available at the unit: beauty and aesthetics salon, shoe and sewing, bank, cafeteria and restaurant. - Discounts with local partners and seasonal fairs. **Additional information**: This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil, close to the Sacomã region.
