**About the Role**
As the Head of Marketing, you will partner closely with the Head of Product, Head of Merchandise and Head of Sales in the delivery of commerical business objectives. You will report directly into the General Manager and will have ownerships to lead and develop the strategic go-to-market activity across retail and wholesale for the ANZ market whilst managing two iconic Australian brands. You will set in place the strong foundations of a marketing strategy which capitalize on the existing assets of the business while looking for new ways to improve the customer experience and offering. You will work collaboratively with the Product Team in the delivery of NPD to market, whilst developing strong channel strategies in partnership with category management, sales & business development teams. You will also act as the ongoing brand custodian internally and externally and will manage a growing team of 10+ direct reports.
**About You**
You are a degree qualified, a savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years' experience in strategically focused marketing roles. You have a creative eye, you enjoy following consumer trends, and know how to commercialize these for the consumer. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilizing customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease working with cross functional teams such as ecommerce and product.
**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior leadership management of integrated teams
- Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns and activations
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors
- Support in the development of channel and category strategies
- Has operated wholesale and retail (own stores)
- Proven examples of delivering growth and commercial outcomes within organizations
- Experience in launching NPD into market and partnering with product design teams
- Background in managing big brands across retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer products
- Management of ecommerce and digital performance teams
